The Answers Book could be the resource you are looking for. It is published by
the Answers in Genesis (AIG) organisation, which promotes and publishes
scientific research and evidence, which conforms to Scripture (particularly the
book of Genesis).
The book is laid out in the form of twenty chapters dealing with twenty common
questions that AIG speakers have been asked over a period of twenty-five years.
Each chapter is written in a plain and readable style with good, clear
illustrations. It is aimed at the general reader with unnecessary technical
words and arguments avoided for increased clarity. As well as aiding
communication with the non-Christian, the Answers Book can be used as a general
educational resource for teenage students or anyone else who has a general
interest in true science.
Scripture is quoted regularly throughout the book, which is encouraging. To
quote from the book:
“Scientific models come and go, ‘but the word of the Lord endures forever’ (1
Peter 1:25).”
